Information you give us — when you fill in a contact or quote form, run a website audit, apply for a job, subscribe to our newsletter, or use our client or team portal: your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, documents you share, and messages you send.
Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, collected through server logs and (only if you allow it) analytics and advertising cookies.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (hosting, email, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA where enabled), with government portals when you ask us to make a filing for you, or when required by law.
We use a small number of cookies, grouped by purpose. You can change your choice at any time with the button below.
Strictly necessary (always on) — a session cookie (rscms_session) that keeps you signed in to the client/team/admin portals and secures our forms (including the CAPTCHA), and a cookie that remembers your cookie choice. The site cannot work properly without these.
Analytics (only after you accept) — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, which tell us which pages are useful and where visitors run into trouble.
Advertising (only after you accept) — Google AdSense cookies used to personalise and measure ads. If you choose “Necessary only”, Google may still show non-personalised ads that do not use advertising cookies for personalisation.
Our public pages display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Our admin, team and client portals never show ads.
We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, CAPTCHA and login rate-limiting, role-based access to our portals, and storage of uploaded files outside public web access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of any personal data breach as the law requires.
You can ask for a summary of your personal data, correct or update it, have it erased, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Use the request form in our Data Protection Notice or email info@rsinfosolution.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
